We are dedicated to building communities with more heart. Our goal is to raise awareness and to create a safe and supportive environment for those who need it. We are working to create a safe space and support network for individuals and families to come together and share their experiences with mental health.
How Does It Work?
This idea was born out of a desire to have a handbook about all the things no one ever tells you about having a heart condition. You got a diagnosis, but then what? What about the rest of your life?
We don't focus on age groups, we focus on transitions. Transitional times like moving to adult healthcare, going to college, and getting your first job (or even a new job) are exciting but also nerve-wracking because there's no one who can offer you specific advice.
